How to rock the sockless look

As the spirit of summer envelopes us in a warm, sweaty hug, this is as good a time as any to lose some bits of clothing and show some skin! And by this we mean socks. We all love socks. They provide cushioning to the feet, soak up sweat and keep unpleasant odors at bay. However, if you’ve always wanted to give the sockless look a try, summer’s the best time to pull of this carefully-careless style statement. And we’ll tell you just how to do it!

The whole point of going sockless is to show some skin. Make sure your pants are just a little shorter; just the right height to give the world a sneak peek of your ankles. If you’re venturing into a world sans socks for the very first time, start safe by pairing your shoes with a slim cut chino, with the pants ending just two inches from the rim of your shoe. This length reveals just the right amount of ankle, leaving much to the imagination! And if you don’t want to actually get your pants snipped up, simply fold the bottoms to create cuffs.
