Return Refund & Return exchange

RETURNS :

If you would like to return our product, here are the steps you need to follow:

  • Log into your account, the details of which are in the My Account tab. Once you do, click on the most recent invoice for the products you have purchased and select the return option.
  • When the invoice is displayed on the page, select the items you wish to return.
  • Once you select the item you wish to return, reasons for return will be displayed. Of the list, select the reason(s) that are applicable to you. By doing so, you have sent a requisition for return to Kethini.
  • Once approved by Kethini, you will be informed of a return entry through an email. Your return will then be initiated by Kethini.com and will be titled ‘Return Initiated’ in the My Account tab.
  • Once the reasons for return have been approved by Kethini.com, our customer care executive will get in touch with you.
  • Once the product has been picked up from you, the status in My Account will be changed to ‘Returned.’
  • The returned product will then go to the warehouse where it will be checked for damages. Once the warehouse deems the product to have not been tampered with, the return process is complete and a refund will be initiated.
  • A refund for the value of the product returned will be credited to your account within ten working days.
  • In case Kethini.com has found the returned product damaged or tampered with, they reserve the right to reject refunding the amount.

EXCHANGE :

If you would like to exchange the product you have purchased, here are the steps you need to follow:

  • Log into your account, the details of which are in the My Account tab. Once you do, click on the most recent invoice for the products you have purchased and select the exchange option.
  • When the invoice is displayed on the page, select the items you wish to exchange.
  • Once you select the product you wish to exchange, select the correct size or colour you wish to purchase.

    Note :

    -All footwear’s & belts can be exchanged within the available colours & size of the corresponding product

    -All hand bags & wallets can be exchanged within the available colours of the corresponding product.

  • After Kethini.com confirms that the size or colour that you are looking for is in stock, you will receive an email stating that your exchange process has been initiated. The status will be changed to ‘Exchange Initiated’ in My Account.
  • Our customer care executive will get in touch with you, after which the product will be picked up from you.
  • After the product is picked up from you, it will be returned to the warehouse where it will be checked for damages. Once the warehouse deems the product to have not been tampered with, the exchange process is complete and the new product will be dispatched.
  • The status will then be changed to ‘Exchange completed’ in My Account and a fresh invoice will be raised for the new product.
  • Kethini.com reserves the right to refuse the exchange of a product if it is found to have been tampered with.
