How do I make an exchange?
Once the product reaches you, in the event of any problems, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Login to your account http://kethini.com/home/login and select the exchange option and enter your reason for exchange.
Once you do that, an exchange order, with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item, will be initiated by Kethini.com. You can use the return label provided to you to send your original item back. In order to avoid being charged for the original as well as the exchanged items, you will have to return the original item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Can I exchange a Kethini product for anything else on the Kethini website?
You can exchange products within the same category. For example, if you would like to exchange a pair of shoes, you can do so with another pair of shoes, but not with accessories.

- All handbags & wallets can be exchanged within the available colours of the corresponding product.
How do I return my order?
